I’ve been around the block enough to know what separates the boys from the men. The guys who can really work it? They’ve had their A-game down for a minute.

Thing is, dating proficiency ain’t about how many numbers you got or how quick you can spit game. It’s about understanding yourself, knowing what you really want, and learning to have genuine connections.

A lot of ladies have mad experience in that department, whether they want it or not. But experience don’t necessarily equal expertise.

We talk like “men don’t get it” or women have it all figured out, but that’s short-sighted. The reality’s messy. We’re all just tryna make a connection.

At the end of the day, the only way this dating thing’s gonna work is if we stop assigning blame and work on achieving our best selves.
